Firework Safety (November 2015)
All of the infant school children have been very excited about Fireworks night this week.
Year One made some firework pictures using paint, glue and glitter.
We also made some pictures out of play dough and wrote sentences. In English, the children wrote some brilliant poems describing what they could see, hear and smell when they watched the fireworks.
Mrs Matthews led an assembly about the importance of staying safe on Bonfire night. She told all the children about never touching fireworks, wearing gloves and many other important things.
The children then wrote these rules and presented them to the Reception children.
