Goslings have a great start! (September 2015)
The children in Goslings have made a great start to the new academic year! The new children have learned to come into nursery happily and settle at a chosen activity. The children who have returned to us have quickly remembered the routines and are as enthusiastic as ever to join in.
One of the first things everyone in Goslings does is to paint their hands and print them onto a poem to take home. It is a reminder of how quickly the children grow and change. All the children really enjoyed the feeling of the paint on their hands and naming all the different colours. We are also using the handprints to measure how tall the children are, which they are really enjoying!
This is part of our topic 'All About Me' this half term.
