Rainbow Fish

There’s something fishy going on!

In Goslings this half term we have been reading the story of the Rainbow Fish. We have transformed our role play area into an underwater oasis with textured greens and bright blues surrounding shells, sand and all sorts of sea creatures.

The children were inspired to make and decorate their own version of the Rainbow Fish, decorating it with coloured paper, sequins and glitter. Just like the Rainbow Fish in the story!

We then hung the fish in our role play area where all the children’s Rainbow Fish can swim until their heart’s content. The children like to dress up as fish using coloured capes with shimmering scales and swim among the other Rainbow Fish.
